Returns Policy

We keep it honest and simple, so here's the quick version:

If you use your kit and there’s an issue with quality or for any fault of our own you don't have a good experience, just email us and we'll refund you in full. We stand by our product 100%.

If you're shopping from one of the countries that mandate the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days (such as the EU or UK), let us know via email that you wish to do so, and we will initiate a return and process a refund. This of course applies only to an unused product, with the seal unbroken  

If you do not claim your delivery (or cooperate with the carrier on customs clearance), the carrier automatically ships your parcel back to us. This often takes a very long time, and creates extra costs in return shipping (and possibly reverse customs clearance for countries where this applies). In these situations, we are able to offer a partial refund upon request minus all costs incurred in shipping/returning/customs clearance.

Should your order be undeliverable due to your providing an invalid address at checkout, please note that the shipping cost this incurs will be deducted from any refund.

Full Policy

In the event of a defective or unsatisfactory product, please notify us immediately at our contact email or phone number. We will arrange a refund or a replacement at no hassle to you. Simple as that.

If you placed your order inside the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction that specifically stipulates this consumer right, you have the specific right to withdraw from your purchase agreement and request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. To initiate this process, please first email us at info@murderinprague.com . In this case, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us (at your expense) to the address provided below, attaching the specified information.  

Please note: This is only possible if you haven’t yet in any way altered the product from its original state. Because of the nature of the product, accessing its digital components is also considered consuming the product, and in so doing you forfeit the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement.

Also note that an unclaimed delivery does not constitute a withdrawal from purchase. You must specifically notify us of your decision to withdraw from purchase. In the event of an unclaimed delivery returned to us as such by the delivery carrier - absent a prior purchase withdrawal notification - this constitutes a breach of our purchase agreement, and you will be fully liable for all associated incurred costs (packaging, shipping, handling, restocking).

In the event that the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to your providing an invalid delivery address, this creates substantial costs for our business for which we cannot be held liable. Therefore, the same terms apply as with an unclaimed delivery, i.e. you will be responsible for all associated incurred costs (packaging, shipping, handling, restocking), and those will be deducted from any potential refund.
